Referrals can be made by completing our secure online form or contacting us by phone on 01606 75615. Once received, our team will confirm and arrange the patient’s consultation promptly.
Yes. Once treatment is completed, the patient will be referred back to you with full documentation, X-rays, and post-treatment notes to ensure continuity of care.
We aim to schedule referral consultations within 1–2 weeks of receiving the form, depending on case complexity and urgency.
