We understand how distressing dental pain can be. If you are in severe discomfort, swelling, or have a broken tooth, we will do everything possible to see you the same day
- Call 01606 75615 and follow the voicemail instructions for emergency assistance.
- Out-of-hours emergency calls for registered patients will be directed to Dr Peter Young.
- Please reserve this number for emergencies only – cancellations or routine appointment queries should be made during regular office hours.
- Visiting Denplan patients in the area can also contact us for urgent treatment and will usually be seen the same day.
If you are a Denplan patient from another area or cannot reach your regular dentist, our team will accommodate you as soon as possible.

- Lauren Davies, our Practice Manager, oversees all patient complaints.
- If unavailable, another member of staff will take details and pass them to Amber Souter for follow-up.
- Clinical concerns are referred to Dr Marina George unless the patient requests otherwise.
- Written acknowledgment is sent within 3 working days, and full investigations are typically completed within 10 working days.
Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the Dental Complaints Service (08456 120 540) or General Dental Council (0845 222 4141).
